All RBP-ReguNet DCs are recruited!

Under the guidance of project supervisors, a streamlined, centralized, and transparent approach was implemented, ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates.

To comply with EU regulations, the project advertised open positions on the EURAXESS portal, major field-specific job boards, and institutional job portals of host organizations. A total of 214 applications were received from 42 countries, reflecting a global interest in the project, ensuring the diversity of the available candidates.

The evaluation process adhered to a standardized procedure, considering technical knowledge, transversal skills, and soft skills. Assessment criteria included the provided documentation, assigned tasks, and personal interviews. As a result, 11 DCs were selected, comprising 7 women and 4 men, boasting diverse academic and professional backgrounds in biomedicine and biochemistry. They represent 9 different countries, highlighting the project’s international scope.
