Welcome to the RBP-ReguNet October 2024 Newsletter!
As part of our commitment to fostering cutting-edge research and development, we are excited to share key updates and upcoming events relevant to your journey within the RBP-ReguNet network.
In these last two months we have been fairly busy, with the submission of several technical and transversal deliverables, and with the organization of the first series of RBP-ReguNet Scientific Workshops. In this occasion, the hosts were four excellent scientists belonging to three laboratories in the network; and covered three fundamental aspects of the research program in RBP-ReguNet: pre-clinical disease models, early drug discovery pipeline, and high throughput technologies.
Fatima Gebauer (CRG – Barcelona): Preclinical models for cancer research
Marta Varela Rey (CiMUS – Santiago de Compostela): Animal Models of Liver Diseases
Alfredo Castello (MCR-CVR – Glasgow): Vaccines & Therapeutical Agents
Cristina Riobello (CiMUS – Santiago de Compostela): Bioinformatic approaches for wet lab scientists
In addition to this update on pour project’s progress, we also want to share some interesting information that could be useful for our surrounding community:
The MCAA Peer Exchange Platform (PEP-CV) is a resource for the research and innovation community to collaboratively create narrative-style CVs. PEP-CV was developed by a partnership between the MCAA, like-minded associations, funding agencies and researchers. Feel free to check it!
