Post-Transcriptional Gene Regulation – 8th Course – Institut Curie

Whether you are just starting your PhD or already a young postdoc, if RNA is at the heart of your project, this is for you!

From May 18–22, 2026, the Post-Transcriptional Gene Regulation – 8th Course, organised by Institut Curie and the University of Paris Saclay, among others, will bring together international experts in Orsay to cover post-transcriptional control from A to Z: (pre-)mRNA splicing, polyadenylation, epitranscriptomic modifications, localization, translation and RNA decay.

In addition to lectures given by international experts in the field, the course will also rely on the active contribution of participants and on their interactions with speakers. Each participant will present his scientific project (poster, elevator pitch) and will co-chair a speaker.

The course is especially oriented to motivated young researchers and PhD students who want to deepen their understanding of RNA biology, sharpen their scientific communication skills, and connect with a vibrant international community in post-transcriptional gene regulation.

📅 Course dates: May 18–22, 2026 – Orsay

📌 Application deadline: March 31, 2026
